Speaking

I give talks and lead workshops on the shifts happening in software delivery; agentic coding, spec-driven development, and responsible AI. Everything I present comes from real projects and real teams, not theory.

What I Speak About

Agentic Coding & Spec-Driven Development

What changes when AI agents aren't just assisting engineers but building alongside them. How spec-driven development provides the structure to make that work.

Responsible AI in Practice

Bias in LLMs, privacy, security, and building ethical guardrails that don't slow your team down. Available as a keynote or a hands-on workshop.

AI-Powered Automation

Real-world case studies in using AI to reimagine workflows at scale, from global content operations to compliance.
